    After checkout, a visual mock-up follows by email — nothing is engraved until it suits you.

  3. Receive

    Your racket is engraved, checked and shipped — allow two additional working days.

How long does personalisation take?
Text engravings add two working days before dispatch. Atelier commissions depend on the work — we confirm the date together with your mock-up.
What can be engraved?
A name, initials, a date, a short phrase — or artwork of your own. Text engravings hold up to 15 characters; for artwork, describe the idea in your enquiry and we will advise.
Will I see it before it is made?
Yes. Once your order is placed, we email a visual mock-up of the engraving for your confirmation before it is applied. Atelier commissions likewise begin only after you approve the mock-up.
Can I return an engraved racket?
No — engraving is permanent and cannot be removed, so a personalised racket cannot be returned or refunded. Every engraving is confirmed with you by mock-up before it is applied. If a racket arrives flawed, the two-year warranty applies as usual.
Does engraving affect the racket or its warranty?
No. The engraving is applied to the surface of the frame and does not touch the structure of the racket. The two-year warranty applies in full.
Can I gift a personalised racket?
Yes — an engraved racket in the Eterna box is a considered gift. For teams and companies, see our corporate gifts page.
