How long does delivery take?
Prepared within one to two business days, then 7–20 days in transit by destination. A tracking link follows by email.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival — set by your customs authority and paid by the recipient.
Can I return a racket?
Within fourteen days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Engraving is permanent, so a personalised racket cannot be returned once the work is done.
