How long does delivery take?
Prepared within one to two business days, then 7–20 days in transit by destination. A tracking link follows by email.
Will I pay customs or duties?
No. Every order ships delivered duty paid (DDP) — import duties and taxes are paid by us. The price at checkout is final; nothing is collected on arrival.
Can I return a racket?
Within fourteen days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. A personalised racket — engraved or carrying a logo — cannot be returned once the work is done.
