How to order your racket gift

  1. Choose a racket and finish

    Select the model, then try matte or glossy. Use the guide above if you need help choosing.

  2. Add personal engraving

    For an engraved gift, select the paid engraving option and enter up to 15 characters. Review the placement preview.

  3. Add a box and your message

    Choose the optional paid gift box and write a message inside. The total updates as you select your options.

  4. Review and order

    Check Your gift, add the configured gift to your cart and complete checkout. If you chose engraving, we email a visual mock-up for approval before engraving.

Which racket should I give if I do not know their level?
Not sure of their level? Bel Air Green or Soho Blue is the safest all-round choice for most players. If they are experienced and particular about shape or weight, check their current racket.
Are engraving and the gift box included?
Every racket includes a cover. Engraving and the gift box are optional paid additions. Select either or both above; the total updates before you add your gift to the cart.
What can I engrave on the racket?
The Crown engraving sits just below the Eterna Sports lettering, at the top of the playing face. Add up to 15 characters: Latin letters, numbers and simple punctuation. For other placements, a choice of lettering or your own logo, explore personalisation.
Will I approve the engraving first?
Yes. After payment, we email the text mock-up within one working day. Engraving starts only after your approval. The preview on this page shows the placement.
When should I order for Christmas or a birthday?
Order at least two weeks before the date, from any country. For 25 December, order by 11 December, engraving included. The mock-up arrives within one working day; engraving takes three working days after you approve it. For a pre-order model, ask us to confirm the date.
Will I pay duties or taxes on delivery, including in the US?
No. Eterna covers worldwide delivery, duties and taxes, including for US orders. There is nothing extra to pay on arrival. See our delivery information.
Can you send the gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s name, delivery address and phone number at checkout. Use your own email for the engraving mock-up and order updates. The carrier may contact the recipient about delivery.
Will the recipient see a price inside the gift box?
No price tag or receipt is placed inside the gift box. Customs or shipping documents may still show the declared value where required.
Does engraving affect the racket or its warranty?
The laser engraving marks the surface without changing the racket’s structure. The two-year warranty against manufacturing defects remains unchanged.
What if the racket is not right for them?
An unengraved racket can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once engraving has been applied, personalised rackets cannot be returned for a change of mind. The two-year warranty against manufacturing defects still applies. See the returns policy.
