Shipping policy

Customs Duties and Taxes 

All orders are shipped on a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) basis. Any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") are included in the purchase price and shall be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer.

The Buyer will not be asked to pay any Import Charges upon delivery. If, notwithstanding the foregoing, a customs authority or carrier requests payment of Import Charges from the Buyer, the Buyer should contact the Seller at info@eterna-sports.com before making payment; the Seller will either settle the charge directly or reimburse the Buyer in full upon presentation of the corresponding receipt.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delays caused by customs inspections or other actions of customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country that are beyond the Seller's reasonable control.
