Delivery
Considered Dispatch.
Each Eterna racket leaves our hands wrapped with care and sent tracked to your door — to the United States, the United Kingdom, across Europe and the Middle East.
Where We Ship
Worldwide. Orders are dispatched from Ukraine and travel fully tracked.
Timing
Prepared within one to two business days, then in transit by destination:
| Destination | In transit |
|---|---|
| Europe | 7–12 days |
| United Kingdom | 7–14 days |
| United States | About 10 days |
| Middle East | 10–20 days |
A racket is worth the short wait. Each order travels with a tracking number, sent by email the moment it ships.
Personalised Rackets
An engraving or a logo adds three working days before dispatch, counted from your approval of the mock-up. To the United States, allow about 14 days with engraving. See Personalisation.
Shipping Rate
Complimentary, worldwide. Tracked delivery is on us — nothing added at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
Included. Every order ships delivered duty paid (DDP). Import duties, import VAT and clearance fees are paid by us, wherever you are. The price at checkout is final — nothing to pay on arrival.
Tracking
A tracking link follows by email once your order ships. Questions at any point — write to info@eterna-sports.com.
