Every Eterna model is developed with players from the Eterna Padel Community and tested before entering production. We explored dozens of shapes, balances and material combinations before keeping only the models that deliver clean control, a stable strike and a balanced feel in the hand.

Which racket should I choose?

If you’re not sure, start with your style of play. Some models are built for control, others for depth or a more direct response. Write to us, and we’ll help you find the right balance.

What are Eterna rackets made of?

Each model is made from 3K, 12K or 18K Carbon, depending on its character. The Carbon face governs response, stiffness and precision. The inner EVA core shapes comfort, control and the feel of contact with the ball.

Are the rackets tested before production?

Yes. Every model is developed with the players of the Eterna Padel Community and tested in training and tournament play before it enters production.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide — across Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom and other international destinations.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared for dispatch within one to two business days. Delivery time depends on the country, and tracking is sent once your order ships.

Can I return an order?

Yes. If the racket is unused and in its original condition, it can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised rackets are the exception — once engraved, they cannot be returned.

How do I care for the racket?

Keep it away from excessive heat, moisture and direct pressure. Store the racket in its cover, and don’t leave it for long in a car or in direct sun.
