This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see "WESTERN BID" listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement.

1. Who We Are

Eterna Sports (eterna-sports.com) makes padel rackets in small batches and sells them worldwide. Sales are processed by Western Bid, Inc. as Merchant of Record, as set out above. Questions: info@eterna-sports.com.

2. The Offer and the Contract

Product descriptions and specifications are presented as accurately as we can make them. Your order is an offer to purchase; the contract is concluded when we confirm dispatch by email. We may decline or cancel an order where a listing contained a manifest error, or where payment cannot be verified — any amount already paid is then refunded in full.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are stated in US dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout at the moment of ordering is the price that applies. Payment is taken at the time of ordering, by major cards or PayPal, over a secure connection, and processed by Western Bid, Inc.

4. Delivery, Duties and Risk

We dispatch tracked, worldwide; timings and details are set out on our Delivery page and in our Shipping Policy. Unless expressly stated otherwise, orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis (DDU): any import duties, taxes or fees of the destination country are payable by the recipient. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Withdrawal and Returns

You may return an unused racket within fourteen days of delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, your statutory right of withdrawal applies — see Right of Withdrawal. Personalised (engraved) rackets cannot be returned once the engraving has been applied — see our Refund Policy.

6. Warranty

Every Eterna racket carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, on the terms of our Warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Complaints

If something is not right, write to info@eterna-sports.com with your order number. We acknowledge promptly and aim to resolve any complaint within fourteen days.

8. These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at checkout at the time of your order applies to that order. If any provision proves invalid, the remainder stays in force.
