Orders & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Worldwide — including the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East. Every order is fully tracked.

How much is delivery?

Complimentary, worldwide. Tracked delivery is on us — nothing is added at checkout, wherever you are.

How long does delivery take?

Prepared within one to two business days, then 7–20 days in transit by destination. An engraving or a logo adds three working days. A tracking link follows by email.

Will I pay customs or duties?

No. Every order ships delivered duty paid (DDP) — import duties and taxes are paid by us. The price at checkout is final; nothing is collected on arrival.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return a racket?

Yes — within fourteen days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Since delivery is complimentary, your refund is the full amount you paid; return postage is yours. Personalised rackets are the exception: an engraving or a logo is permanent, so the racket cannot be returned once the work is done. See Returns.

Is there a warranty?

Every racket carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. See Warranty.

Product & Care

Which racket is right for me?

Our rackets are made for players of taste, not tournament specialists — composed, balanced, forgiving in hand. The Racket Guide names the one that fits in five questions; or write to us, and we will help you choose.

Can I personalise my racket?

Yes — a name, initials or a date, laser-engraved in four placements, or your own logo, applied in colour. Both are chosen on the Personalisation page, where you see them on the racket before you order; after checkout we email a mock-up, and work begins only once you approve it. Custom designs go through the atelier. A personalised racket cannot be returned. See Personalisation.

Can I put my own logo on the racket?

Yes. On the Personalisation page, tick The Logo and upload a PNG, JPG or SVG; it appears on the racket at once, and you set its size and position. The logo is applied in colour. A mock-up follows by email within one business day, and work begins once you approve it.
