Where do you ship?

Worldwide — including the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East. Every order is fully tracked.

How long does delivery take?

Prepared within one to two business days, then 7–20 days in transit by destination. A tracking link follows by email.

Will I pay customs or duties?

Depending on your country, local import duties or taxes may apply on arrival. These are set by your customs authority and paid by the recipient.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return a racket?

Yes — within fourteen days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Engraved rackets are the exception: engraving is permanent, so a personalised racket cannot be returned once the work is done. See Returns.

Is there a warranty?

Every racket carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. See Warranty.

Which racket is right for me?

Our rackets are made for players of taste, not tournament specialists — composed, balanced, forgiving in hand. For guidance, write to us; we are glad to help you choose.

Can I personalise my racket?

Yes — a name, initials, a date across four placements, or artwork of your own, engraved to order. Text engravings can be added and bought directly on the Personalisation page; after checkout we email a mock-up for your confirmation before engraving. Artwork and custom designs go through the atelier. Once engraved, a racket cannot be returned. See Personalisation.

How should I care for my racket?

Keep it in its cover between matches, away from heat and damp, and wipe the surface clean after play. Treated well, it lasts.
