Made to Last.

Every Eterna racket carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

A flaw in materials or making — a defect that was present before the racket reached you.

What Is Not Covered

Ordinary wear from play, and damage from misuse, neglect, accident, or repair by anyone other than us. A racket struck against the court surround, or stored in heat or damp, falls outside the warranty.

Making a Claim

Write to info@eterna-sports.com with your order number, the date of purchase, and a photograph of the fault. We answer promptly.

Resolution

Where a defect is confirmed, the racket is repaired or replaced at no cost. Where no manufacturing fault is found and a second assessment is requested, return shipping is yours.

Validity

The warranty applies to rackets bought through eterna-sports.com or an authorised partner, with proof of purchase. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
