Right of Withdrawal.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw from your purchase within fourteen days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us clearly — by email to info@eterna-sports.com, or using the form below. We will refund your payment within fourteen days of your notice, once the racket is returned unused and in its original condition.
Personalised Rackets
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised — Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. An engraved racket is made to your order: once the engraving has been applied, it cannot be returned, and the engraving cannot be removed. Every engraving is confirmed with you by visual mock-up before it is applied.
