A racket should feel right in hand. If yours does not, you have fourteen days from delivery to return it.

The Window

Fourteen days from the day your order arrives.

Condition

Unused, in original condition, with its packaging intact. A racket that has been played cannot be returned — though if it arrived flawed, that is a matter for our Warranty.

Personalised Rackets

Engraved rackets are non-refundable. A racket ordered with custom engraving cannot be returned once the engraving has been applied — the engraving is permanent, and cannot be removed. Every engraving is confirmed with you by visual mock-up after checkout, before it is applied. If a personalised racket arrives flawed, our Warranty applies as usual.

How It Works

Write to info@eterna-sports.com with your order number.
We reply with return instructions and an address.
Pack the racket with a note of your order number, and send it back within fourteen days. Return shipping is borne by you, and we ask that you keep proof of postage.
Once it arrives and is checked, your refund follows to the original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within seven business days of our receiving the return; your bank may take a few days more to show it. Original delivery charges are not refunded.
