What can be engraved?
A name, initials, a date or a short line. Each placement holds up to 15 characters; the Wings hold 8. Latin letters, numerals and simple punctuation. A logo or artwork goes on the playing face, in colour: upload it in the studio and see it on the racket.
How much does padel racket engraving cost?
The Crown, below the Eterna Sports lettering, is $60. The Signature, in place of the lettering, is $90. Each Wing, in the lower part of the playing face, is $60. The Logo, across the playing face, is $120. Prices are in US dollars. The total shows in the studio as you tick placements.
Which lettering can I choose?
Playfair Display in Regular, Bold or Italic. Choose it in the studio and see it on the racket. The Signature keeps the capitals of the Eterna Sports lettering.
Can I put my own logo on the racket?
Yes. Tick The Logo in the studio and upload a PNG, JPG or SVG. The logo appears on the racket, with the holes cutting through it, and you set its size and position. It is applied in colour for $120. As with engraving, a mock-up follows by email within one business day. Allow three working days after you approve it.
Will I see it before it is engraved?
Yes. After checkout we email a mock-up within one business day. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.
How long does personalisation take?
Engraving or a logo adds three working days, counted from your approval of the mock-up. A custom design depends on the work; we confirm the date with your mock-up.
Do you deliver personalized padel rackets to the United States, the UK and Europe?
Yes. Delivery is complimentary worldwide, with duties and taxes included. In transit: the United States about 10 days, Europe 7–12, the United Kingdom 7–14, the Middle East 10–20. With engraving, allow about 14 days to the United States. See delivery.
When should I order for a birthday or Christmas?
At least two weeks before the date, from any country. For 25 December, order by 11 December, engraving included.
Which rackets can be personalised?
All ten: Miami Rose, Monaco Red, Bel Air Green, Soho Blue and Tribeca Laser Black, each in matte or glossy. See the collection.
Is the engraving a sticker or a print?
Neither. It is laser engraving, made on the racket itself, one piece at a time. It is permanent.
Does engraving affect the racket or its warranty?
No. The engraving sits on the playing face and does not touch the structure of the racket. The two-year warranty applies in full.
Can I return an engraved racket?
No. Engraving is permanent, so a personalised racket cannot be returned or refunded. Every engraving is confirmed with you by mock-up before it is applied. If a racket arrives flawed, the two-year warranty applies as usual.
Can I gift a personalised racket?
Yes. Add the gift box for $120: deep green, a velvet ribbon and your message inside. No price or receipt is placed inside the box. Choose a racket, engraving and gift box. For teams and companies, see corporate gifts.
