Compare the complete booking

Do not compare a 45-minute court price directly with a 90-minute booking. If the club publishes a starting price, verify the actual date and slot before organising the group around that amount.
Book the right kind of first session
A beginner lesson can introduce the serve, scoring and glass rebounds. Court hire alone does not provide instruction. Ask about rental equipment and tell the coach about any racket-sport experience so the session starts at a useful level.
